Our digital AI tools are delivered via private ChatGPT links. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to the relevant tool by email through our digital delivery provider. Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for personal or business purposes.

You may not:

— Share, distribute, or transfer your access link to any third party
— Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the tool
— Attempt to reverse engineer, replicate, or reproduce the underlying framework or system instructions
— Use the tool in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
— Represent the output of the tool as your own proprietary methodology without appropriate attribution

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund in the event of a violation of these Terms.

3.2 The Books (The Science of Sold, The Science of Launch, The Science of Audience)

All three books in the Sarkov Trilogy are sold through third-party retail platforms including but not limited to Amazon. Purchases made through third-party platforms are subject entirely to the terms, conditions, and policies of those platforms. We are not a party to those transactions and accept no liability for issues arising from third-party purchases. 4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment for any of our digital AI tools, you will receive an email containing your access instructions and link. Delivery is automated and typically occurs within minutes of purchase. If you do not receive your delivery email within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us through our website.

A valid ChatGPT account is required to use The Sarkov Engine, The Sarkov Sequence, and The Sarkov Bundle. We are not affiliated with OpenAI and accept no responsibility for any changes OpenAI makes to ChatGPT's availability, features, pricing, or access policies. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any of our tools in the event of changes to the ChatGPT platform. In the event that OpenAI discontinues the ChatGPT custom GPT feature, ceases operations, is acquired, or makes any changes that affect access to any of our tools, Omniterra Media Inc. accepts no liability and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing any of our digital AI tools you acknowledge and accept this risk.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales of our digital AI tools are final. Because digital access is granted immediately upon purchase and cannot be meaningfully revoked, we do not offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances such as duplicate charges or documented delivery failures, at our sole discretion. For book purchases made through third-party vendors, refunds are governed entirely by those vendors' policies. We do not process refunds for third-party transactions.

7. Intellectual Property
