All sales of our digital AI tools are final. Because access to each product is granted immediately upon purchase and cannot be revoked once delivered, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Before purchasing, please:

  • Read the full product description carefully
  • Ensure you have an active ChatGPT account
  • Confirm you understand what the product does and does not do

The Sarkov Engine, The Sarkov Sequence, and The Sarkov Bundle operate on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. Omniterra Media Inc. has no affiliation with OpenAI and has no control over OpenAI's business decisions, platform changes, or continuity of service. In the event that OpenAI discontinues the ChatGPT custom GPT feature, ceases operations, is acquired, or makes any changes that affect access to any of our tools, Omniterra Media Inc. accepts no liability and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing any of our digital tools you acknowledge and accept this risk.

All three books in the Sarkov Trilogy are sold exclusively through third-party vendors including Amazon. We do not process or control transactions made through third-party platforms. If you purchased any of our books through Amazon or any other third-party vendor, please refer to that vendor's own refund and return policy and contact them directly for any issues with your purchase. Dane Sarkov is not able to issue refunds for purchases made outside of this website.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate charges or documented technical failures that prevented product delivery. To report such an issue, please contact us through our website within 7 days of purchase.
